Refund policy

At Life in Phocus, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to offer high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products—including print-on-demand items and dropshipped goods—our refund policy is as follows:

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After this window, your order may already be in production or en route and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

As we work with third-party suppliers and print-on-demand services, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

1. Defective or Damaged Products - If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

2. Wrong Item Received - If you receive an incorrect product, please send us a photo along with your order details.

3. Lost or Stuck Orders - If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days or more, we will issue a refund or resend your item at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind)
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Minor size/color variations due to screen differences or print techniques
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier (unless outside reasonable limits)

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
