Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not support international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Print-on-Demand Items: 1–2 business days
  • General Products: 1–2 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard (POD items) 5–10 business days
Standard (General) 7–15 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays) may occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Free Shipping: Free Shipping On All Orders 

Split Shipments

You may receive multiple packages if your order contains a mix of print-on-demand and dropshipped items, as they may ship from different suppliers or locations.

Lost or Stuck Orders

  • If your tracking number shows no movement for 15+ business days, please contact us at support@lifeinphocus.com.
  • We will investigate with our fulfillment partners and resend or refund your item if it is confirmed lost.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or weather disruptions
  • Postal service interruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Address Changes

If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee address changes.
